"SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE from State Farm representative Sidney Luna-Long:
Sidney took ample time to present to me and “break down like a fraction” each and every one of my auto insurance policy coverages.
Additionally, he took the time to educate me on stacked versus unstacked policy coverage, which then persuaded me to shift from unstacked to stacked coverage.
It cannot be overstated here that Sidney was extremely patient with me, and did not rush the telephone call one iota, because (a.) he wanted to make sure that I was 100% “solid” with all of my various policy coverage selections and (b.) that he’d answered everyone of my questions to my complete satisfaction
On that note, Sidney’s product knowledge was top-notch, because there wasn’t a single question he couldn’t answer immediately and with ease.
Equally important, Sidney was able to improve my policy coverage, while at the same time dramatically reducing my automobile insurance premium, which is the equivalent of “GETTING YOUR CAKE and EATING IT TOO!”

"Kelsey Cline's office set us up with home insurance for our very first house. After a month, the policy went through underwriting and we received a letter that they will be dropping us because our house was built before 2012. The agent said he was unaware of this so we asked to speak to the manager, Shelby Attaway. She was unaware why they would be dropping us. She investigated and found out that they can not insure houses built before 2012 because of where we live. We made sure before we got the quote that we were speaking with someone licensed in SC. The agent, Melvin, said yes. Shelby also said she was licensed in SC. So both the agent and the manager are licensed in SC, but wrote up a policy for us knowing our house was built before 2012. They don't know what they're doing. They have caused us the biggest headache. Every insurance agency we have spoken to since were shocked at our experience. They also mentioned State Farm is notorious for this kind of stuff."

"My wife and I are first time home buyers and were shopping around for home owners insurance. Kelsey Cline set us up and all was well. They were licensed in SC (where our house is) and were able to bundle our home & auto together. A month goes by and we receive a letter stating that they would be dropping us because we never sent them a picture of our pool. We do not have a pool or trampoline or anything that would remotely have been mistaken for a pool. After they investigated, they found out they were looking at the neighbor's yard; not ours. On top of that they said that they wouldn't insure our house because it was built before 2012. HOW DID THEY NOT KNOW THIS BEFORE?! They royally screwed us and now we are a month in to our very first home scrambling to find new homeowners insurance. I would not go through this office because of their negligence. They knew from the beginning how old our house was- never once mentioned it would be a problem. Now, we have reached out to 10+ other insurance companies. Every single one was shocked and could not believe that they would have even written us a policy knowing the age of the house/location."

"So while shopping around for insurance which is a headache 😫 I received a call from Blaine at Kelsey Cline State Farm and I immediately brushed him off due to me already believing State Farm could not possibly have lower rates then the company I was already with being State Farm have always had higher rates. I was switching due to my current provider raised my rate literally 2 times more then my car note itself. Blaine said give me a chance and let me see what I can do for you. Just as some others have said in there review Blaine proved me wrong and made me shut my mouth 😆. I have not only picked up a auto policy but Life and Renters policies as well. So if you are looking for a change 🤔 and don't know where to start call Kelsey Clines office and ask to speak to Blain Stickland and tell him Mr Lambert sent you so he can feel the appreciation my family and I have for him.
